The Primal Bod coaching program is about applying the technical knowledge I share with you (in layman's terms) to your real life. 

If it doesn't fit into your life, it isn't going to work.

 

The Primal Path is your weekly instruction manual where you learn the 'what', 'how', and 'why' your body became 'Modern' and the exact steps needed to make it Primal. And while every woman is bio-individual, the Primal Path is designed to be the one-size-fits-all part of the program.

And once you've applied the one-size-fits-all pieces, we work together through the private FB group and coaching calls to tailor your plan to your exact needs.  

And it's all done one-step-at-a-time in a digestible (pun intended) way that quickly adds up to weight loss like you've never experienced before while improving many other areas of your health.

There is no magic pill, no shortcut, no single-variable solution to getting your dream body. It's about steady progress down the Primal Path and I'm there with you every step of the way!

Conducted at 12pm CST Mondays, 7pm CST on Wednesdays, and 7am CST Fridays, these calls are where you hear me provide customized guidance to each member that wants to share their progress and/or challenges during the Zoom.  This is where my members say they learn the most about putting what they learned from The Primal Path into everyday practice.
